This f*ing sucks. I just started working again (substituting teaching) and i got no sleep...not even 30 minutes. Laid in bed for nearly 6 hours and no sleep. Now i got to deal with middle school students for 7 and a half hours and probably show the same movie over and over. God i hope i have a computer at least.

Solid day at the office. Taught 2 periods and had the other 2 off. We have block scheduling of 4 periods a day that are like 90 min. each. Had history and Govt. classes so me teaching consisted of watching law and order SVU ( i believe it was season 3) haha. Had last period off so i was done at 12:30...pretty good, pretty...pretty good. Time for sleep! ope:

No shit, if i actually had to teach anything i would be ruining lives. Lucky for me subs are just glorified babysitters. You get paid decent for sitting on you ass reading ESPN the magazine, its better than any part time gig i have ever found at least.

By the way i'm not a a complete dumb-ass, i did graduate college...just not ready for the full time job yet.

Nothing wrong if you were smoking the herb and teaching children. What you do on your own time is your business. Now I wouldn't recommend going to school and teaching high but do what you want outside of the classroom!
